Quick 100% fruit jam no added sugar [whole food, plant-based, vegan]

This is how I make a quick 100% fruit jam with 1 ingredient and no added sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (*optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add one part of water to one part of dried fruit. Cook for 10 minutes for the fruit to soften up and rehydrate.
  • Blend the cooked fruit with the water it was cooked in. You can make it completely smooth or leave some chunks.
  • Optionally add lemon juice for more "zing".
  • Store in the fridge for up to one week. It will thicken up even more once it's cooled.
